Unless you want to be extremely frustrated, DO NOT purchase Frigidaire! I bought an 18" dishwasher and the parts to install it over a month ago. The dishwasher arrived on 01/25/24 with a big dent on the door, and the parts were not delivered with it. Called Customer Services on 01/26/24 and they told me that it would take 7-10 days for a new dishwasher to arrive and that the parts I ordered before would be sent with the new order. 15 days later, I still do not have a replacement, or the parts that I bought with my initial order. I tried calling them again, because I was supposed to receive an email with the replacement order info, but the lady that I spoke to refused to give me any additional info. At this point, I just want my money back, and would not be buying from Frigidaire ever again. The only reason I went with Frigidaire is because they had the 18" size that I needed for my kitchen, and because I could not get that size at Lowes or Home Depot. If you can get your appliances somewhere else, do not go with Frigidaire. I am going to call their corporate office on Monday to explain what happened to me and for them to follow up on all of these reviews.
