I wouldn't recommend this company if you are self-employed. I wasted so much time with no results with them.
I'm a physician having my own Inc. practice for 20 years with solid, steady, and sustainable income. I was trying to get $700 - 20 years loan to refinance my 1.3M property to lower interest rate.
Gosh, these people have given me such a hard time, coming out with new and new requests. For example, after I sent them my credit cards reports, they asked me to make front and back photocopies of my all 3 business credit cards and send to them. Next thing, they asked me to make Zero balance on all 3 business credit cards, considering, that I have high 700s credit reports, and I have never been late on any of my payments, including to the credit cards. I made credit cards payments before billing cycle to bring the balance to Zero, but one of the business cards still had $30-something just billed to it, so they kept saying, that they couldn't accept it for prove, that my credit cards are paid off unless it is Zero.
In order to make it Zero, I'd needed to stop all my business operations, and cancel the business credit cards altogether. Ridiculous request for a business. William (Rick) Dale, senior loan officer, and Martin Rodriguez, loan processor were not helping; in fact, blaming me for being upset with the ridiculous requests.
