I ordered flowers for a funeral with a confirmed delivery before the service.
Avas changed delivery date to/after date of service.
Offered complimentary bouquet as compensation for botched order then notified me that they couldn't deliver that either.
None of the links in emails or text messages connected me to customer device.
Spent over an hour on phone with 2 supervisors who did nothing but say the were sorry.
So now they have my credit card information and I have nothing.
Tip for consumers:
I can’t believe they are still in business.
