I ordered Eibach springs and Autoanything sent a confirmatory email with promised delivery date. Several days later I received an email that the part wasn't available from the supplier and delivery would be delayed. I canceled my order with Autoanything the same day and ordered and received it from another company within days. Then I received an email from AutoAnything that the springs were shipped by mistake and they would make it easy for me to return them by calling customer service. I've made that call four times and no answer and no call back (see sceeen shot over one of the calls lasting 1 hour and 10 mintutes. Even when I tried to get through by calling sales and requesting a call back.
