“Poor Management”

Third world management. Unorganized,
Incompetent, indifference and low wage mentality customer service by phone. Not one company representative responded to any reviews. The app is a waste. They linked my account to someone else's account and the other account got a free ride for a year prior to discovery. Useless customer service. I never seen so many 1 star reviews. I'd give a double zero if I could.
