FRAUD! One word that sums it up. I ordered a pastel sympathy bouquet PREMIUM size with banners and card. NOT only did they "not deliver" a bouquet but also LIED about it. They took my money over $200 but delivered NO flowers for my aunty's funeral. The WORST business ever! Don't bother ordering anything from this business. They claimed they delivered it to the funeral home, but the customer service rep (John) said they delivered it to the church. So which is it? And if the bouquet they claimed was delivered to church or funeral home, It was NOT a PREMIUM PASTEL SYMPATHY BASKET FLOWERS, DID NOT HAVE ANY BANNERS OR A CARD ATTACHED TO IT AS ORDERED, but it was PATHETIC looking and looked like someone just threw some LEFTOVER flowers together LAST minute and there you go! The bouquet was PATHETIC looking! If that's the bouquet they claimed it was delivered. You be your own judge!
