The website states 24 hour shipping. 5 days after placing my 2nd order... it is still not shipped. I sent an email to the customer service asking why it had yet to be shipped. I also had to do this with my first order too - I received a poorly worded response advising one of the items I ordered was out of stock - bit of a surprise as it was showing on the website as IN STOCK.
Lo and behold... I receive the exact same e-mail about my 2nd order saying that an item I'd ordered was out of stock. You guessed it... still showing as 'in stock' on the website. The email also goes on to blame too many ordered for their lack of customer update - see below!

The order I placed first has still not arrived, and it was over a month ago. I won't be bothering with this shop any more and I hope that others won't waste their time.
