The diagnosis led to a proposed extensive and costly treatment plan spanning two months, aimed at revitalizing my oral health through a series of procedures including inflammation treatment, gum restoration, tooth extractions, and the installation of implants and ceramic veneers. The total cost of this ambitious treatment was a staggering 200,000 francs (almost 215,000 euros), an investment I was willing to make for the promise of long-term dental health.
Regrettably, the aftermath of this treatment unveiled a grim reality far removed from the assurances given. Within a year, the ceramic veneers showed signs of deterioration, leading to persistent and excruciating toothache. A consultation with dental experts in Dubai brought to light the inadequate installation of the implants and veneers by the clinic's professionals, resulting in periodontitis—an inflammation perilously close to causing systemic infections capable of triggering sepsis, osteomyelitis, and sinusitis.
The situation necessitated immediate and extensive corrective treatment, encompassing the removal of the faulty implants and veneers and the installation of new ones. The financial and emotional toll of rectifying these complications was immense, culminating in additional expenses exceeding 95,000 euros.
This ordeal has been a sobering reminder that the prestige of a country's medical capabilities does not unequivocally guarantee the absence of negligence or failure. The consequences of my misplaced trust in Eram Dental Health Clinic have been profound, leaving me with not only a compromised health condition but also a significant financial burden.
