I'm out $55 because eJuiceDirect must have mislabeled my order. So it just keeps bouncing from one USPS location to another. USPS won't refund it because they claim it's not missing, just being processed. EJuiceDirect claims they are no longer liable once they put it in the mail on 11/14/23.
EDITED: after posting this, EJuiceDirect contacted me and sent a replacement order. But it shouldn't have been that difficult to get their assistance, so I will not order from them again and do not recommend them.
