Total disaster that costed me a lot of money.
Everything seemed fine until I tried to ship items that arrived to BoxHop. This suppose to be done via web, but the page where you create a shipping order doesn't work.
It took days for the help-desk to respond. The response was never complete (or it claimed that the page is now fixed), and it required follow up so the communication was literary dragged back and forth for few weeks. There is no published customer service phone number, so you can't call them. In the end, I had to abandon my items worth over 3000 USD. This business won't survive long, as after this shopping season negative reviews about them are all over the web.
