I wanted to give a local business some support so when the recoil mechanism on my mower broke I ordered a new part from them. However, I don't think they took my order seriously since I got several excuses and no part. "The part wasn't in the local warehouse, it had to come from Florida", then it took several days to get here, then it was "damaged" and had to be reordered. Then it was "it will be here soon". After a couple months of this I ordered from ereplacements and had the part in a week.
