Signed up after a free trial and had no notice about fund being deducted for 2 months. (24 pounds / month) Asked for cancellation and was presented with ridiculous amount of cancellation fee. Talked to an agent who offered free 3 months to "complete my tenure" for free so I don't lose the chance to get the photos. I asked if I can then cancel without fee after 3 months they said yes. After 3 months I came back and was asked for fee again! I insisted I was told otherwise and the new agent said he would "do me a favor" for once and asked me to read terms and conditions before signing up to any trials in the future. What?! It's this point that I got really fed up and told them they should be more honest in their marketing. The agent sent the terms and condition page to me, I said this was not present to me evidently when I sign up. I felt really scammed by Adobe and really, a creative company like this should come up with more creative, human-centered solutions for their customer. Adobe will never again gain from me. The customer service is simply very manipulative and passively make you feel like you are wrong when you are not.
