The response from tophatter sucks, I have already did what they're asking me to do, if they had any idea of customer service they would have made a copy of my review and sent it to them. I did that with my 7" defective tablet a week ago and haven't heard from them since and don't expect too!
Still haven't heard from them in approx. A month they said they would review my purchases yet nothing happened, and really I don't expect anything more from them, they are the worse online shopping site, buyer beware if you have a problem with the product you purchased your stuck with it unless you want to pay for shipping it back to China.

As you know the item on this page that i ordered was very unsatisfactory and that I wish to return it, however the cos to ship it back is $ 87.10. I paid $ 70.00 for it that comes to a total of 157.10. You will refund me $55.00 total now is $102.10 that I will have to spend and not have anything to show for it, makes me totally discussed dealing with Tophatter, So I won't return it and take just a $70.00 loss as the item is totally useless. 7" tablet
