I dropped and broke my Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra plus on Saturday night. I called A T & T and they transfer me to the insurance company Asurion. Once I filed my claim with them they sent me to the closes A T& T location Sunday Morning where I met with a phone technician. He took my phone and within a couple of hours it was fixed and done. I was very happy with my experience. I didn't even have to come out of pocket and was billed on $29 for the service.
