GotPrint improperly boxed my 10,000 catalog order and 10% got damaged. When I complained, they had me take 100 photos and send them to Got Print as proof. Then, they asked me to go though 10,000 copies, pick out the bad ones and re-pack them for a UPS pickup, making sure there were 715 bad copies in each box. It's way too much to ask for the small credit they are offering, and it's awful that they put the burden of their mistakes on the customer.
