Pre-ordered a new model phone in April (Samsung Galaxy S4 64GB), they were happy to take the full amount from my account even though the model was never released.
After many emails asking for another similar brand (Iphone/HTC) or my money back they repeatedly kept offering me the base model galaxy 16GB which I REPEATEDLY stated that did not suit my needs.
After 3 Months wait I demanded my money back and they replied - offering me again the base model (16GB) with a free 16gb memory card.
Replying yet again that it was not what I wanted they finaly replied that they had the 32GB in stock which I reluctantly agreed upon.
Now after 6 months wait with numerous emails they reply yet again that they only stock the base model 16GB.

This site is a complete scam.

They are STILL selling the 64GB Galaxy S4 which shows in stock and the model has not even been released!
