Being a technologically disabled I hesitantly, but in some desperation/frustration, contacted Just Answer & my immediate problem was solved.
The issue required a bit of 'backwards & forwards' communication to sort the problem but the assign Tech expert (Aric) was there at all times to guide/suggest until solution.
I strongly recommend Just Answer to help sort those 'home' problems for those in need.
