I have a motor home and was interested in using in case of leaks. I ordered a can from Amazon and left in the RV. 3 months later I found the can leaked at the bottom. I was not sure if other cans might have put pressure on the Flex Seal can so I threw it out. I reorder another can carefully checking the date but this time I wappedin rag even a box. The same thing happened. I have photos
Calling the company they did not offer to even replace the can even saying I have photos. They wanted me to send the can back on my own dime and they the would investigate. I said how about paying postage and replacing they said maybe after evaluation.
I have used dozens of products in my RV over the years and never had a failure.
Not sure if it is a good product but customer service sucks and will never by again.
I could not return to Amazon because it was over 30 days
Tip for consumers:
Disappointed with company with something so simple. We were on a 3 month RV trip and could not run around sending things. At the time I had a receipt but after no response I tossed it. You would think the photos would be enough and I did not want to send a package that could still leak
