It takes several months to recieve any goods then you receive the wrong ones. They have no interest in trying to solve problem as they say you have recieved ugg boots why are you not happy. But when you order size 5 you get size 7.5 and they are not interested. Perhaps they think we can wear larger sizes. Watch out you also recieve letters from customs about boots too.
