Very disappointed in this company. Not only did they ship the product to the wrong address, I was traveling and needed it sent to me not my billing address, they sent the wrong product. I have proof on my order of the address I provided for delivery plus the actual product I ordered. I emailed the contact us link and Vicky emailed me a couple of times saying "I will handle this ASAP" then nothing. I have emailed many times as well as leaving messages for Vicky. I want to return the product since its wrong and I want my money back. This is a horrible business attitude. This has been going on Since late August, Dietary Depot when will you be upstanding and correct your errors. You have a strict return policy for the customer if they make an error but you are not willing to fix your errors.
