That was painful enough but two of the items didn't come with a link to print the labels for two of the different boxes. Called and waited an hour and then requested a call back...never got one. Waited two days and still can't get anyone on the phone and there is no live chat on the customer service page. I think i will start buying my stuff from rockauto

Tip for consumers:
30 day return policy but you're probably spend a week trying to get someone on the phone if there are issues
