Bad habit of hiding negative seller feedback so you can't ever be sure. Even with the sellers with 50k+ trades just ship with the lowest protection possible which ends up with tons of damaged cards that TCGplayer then hides the reviews of and defends despite it happening over and over witht he same seller according to those who have been burned and went out of their way to find the sellers buisness and leave a google review.
Tip for consumers:
Check the google review feedback of every seller in addition to the tcgplayer, or avoid the extra 5 minutes worth of work to see if a sellers worth it, go to any other card site and have your order done in that same amount of time as it would take to even see if you should order from a TCGplayer seller.
