I'm a Gen Xer who lives in Texas. I love the TV show Supernatural and I like collecting merchandise from it, Keychain and Hotwheels cars. I have an adult son whom I am very proud of.
Supernatural, beagles, reading and playing games
I discovered that this company was charging my Amazon store card $16.18 for 22 months without my permission. Unfortunately, I did not catch it sooner I did not authorize this charge and I never used the service. I called to dispute the charges and they tried to sell me on keeping it by offering me 3 months free. I declined and said I wanted the charges to stop and a full refund. They only offered to refund for 12 of the 22 months which is $194 of the $355 they charged. It's better than nothing but I'm still out $160. I'm very angry about this and wanted to warn others about the fraudulent activities of this company.
Tip for consumers:
I would like people to be aware that this company can and will charge you for a service you didn't authorize then only give you a partial refund.
Products used:
I never purchased anything or used this service. They fraudulently charged me $355 and only refunded me half of the money when I confronted them.
