Bought a ticket for a little 537 to Rome. Was super excited because that's a steal. Had them call me to say that the price had now changed (even though I bought it already) and that I had to pay an additional $200-$300. I refused and cited their terms and conditions to them and they said it's not a fee from them but from Italy; a covid tax to be specific anywho after gawking at the audacity I asked them to cancel it and refund me as per the law (you have 24 hours to cancel ANY flight without ANY repercussion or fees) they all started dawdling and transferring me around to get others to convince me to buy this ticket. I refused and they refused to refund me. I argued back and forth and again stated it's the law. They then proceeded to negotiate with me. If I could find a flight that's better than the $700-$800 they're offering, they'd cancel because they're trying to look out for me I found one for $600. Directly from the airline. No stops. Told them I'll be booking that flight and if they don't refund me I'll be opening a claim with AMEX. They hung up on me but they did not charge me and they issued my refund. Anywho guys and girlies, RUNNNNN DONT U DARE BOOK WITH THESE CHICKEN NECK LOSERS
