I was a customer of Advanced Tech Support (ATS), which was replaced by US Tech. Service deteriorated from immediate and thorough to marginally adequate and very tedious to access. After a futile week of repeated calls (a few days after renewing payment) to have my computer tuned up, I closed my account. Without providing any service after payment renewal, they refused to refund much of my payment, and aggressively pursued continuation of my account. Their business model is offensive to deal with, and I would not recommend use of their services or software options.
