“Picture of item did not look like final result”

We were very disappointed in the flower plant we recieved. We ordered a gardinia bonzi and on the picture it showed many flowers. The plant we received had no flowers and not even any buds. When we called and complained the person was not at all helpful. Again.
We will never use 1 800 flowers
