First time order in this website but accidentally order the wrong size, I left a message and asked for help, then they responded really quick, contacted me right away. They sent me a replacement shirt of the correct size. It turned out that I don't have to return my wrong size and still receive the new fit Tshirt - just paying the shipping fee. (Then the worng size I'll give it to my bro, lol, good bargain: v) I'm really satisfied and happy with my new correct size Tshirt. First impression and experience was nice! Totally worth it.
Tip for consumers:
If you buy in a large amount, you will save on shipping fee. Besides, It has 2 or 3 promo levels, the more you buy, the more you get discount. Up to 30% off and bonus 1 free 11oz mug when buy from 9 items or more. But you see, I think you don’t have many chances to buy that much so forget about it :v (just kiddin) But buying with friends is a smart choice, at least 5 items you get 20% off.
