I wanted to follow up on getting a refund that took weeks. They kept saying it was done but it wasn't. They lied to many so many times and then after I specifically told them I needed a check they credited an account that I stressed was closed. So that delayed the return of my funds ($5000) that much more. They delayed the refund to ensure a salesperson got his commission. This is a very untrustworthy company. If there is something they say is on "back order" and you still buy it be prepared for continuous lies. Very sad how they conduct business.

I ordered furniture that was to be delivered on March 9th. I called and they informed me that the furniture would not be delivered until May 31. I have asked for my money back as they have had my money for 2 months now. Customer service will basically ghost you. They will lie. They will say anything to get off the phone with you. They will say anything to avoid returning my money. I'm at the end of the road here and it looks like I may have to take them to court. I purchased a chair from them to go with this furniture and I wanted to return it and they denied this. I will never purchase anything from them again and now I just hope to get my money back. If they say the furniture is not in stock but they will have it soon run for the hills!
