Ordered some loose CZs. After several days of no shipping notice, I requested a status. I was informed that their Website had allowed me to make a purchase for which there was no inventory. They provided a few options for a way ahead and mentioned I had previously been informed of this - I was not. I chose to wait for their next restock (date provided) whereupon my order would be packaged and sent. That date came and passed. My order was not filled. They did not provide an order status on their own accord. And despite numerous requests for status, I received none until after requesting a refund. A refund was promised. After days of no apparent refund activity, I filed a complaint with the on-line payment company I use. The next day I received multiple apologies from cubiczirconia.com and the on-line payment company I use was processing the refund. My experience makes cubiczirconia.com worthy of a 1-star rating. The included pic (from Zillow) shows the building at the headquarters mailing address (1086 Martini Lane, Bedford, KY *******).

It's interesting that most of the mailing addresses in the Google.com domain ownership registration are "redacted for privacy". And yet Google continues to publish my current/historical address information without my approval and dispite my explicit privacy request (opt-out) to Persopo (a Google information service which gathers information about people from public sources, and places that compiled data into a single easy-to-access site). My information is absent from a Persopo specific search, but a Google search still shows it. It's been several weeks since my opt-out request to Google's information business.

Despite numerous requests for information removal (Opt Out) over a 2 month period, my information is still viewable.

I had a problem with plantars fasciitis about 7 or more years ago. Tried these shoes just to see if they worked. They absolutely did. The plantars fasciitis went away in a few weeks and has stayed gone. I've refused to buy/wear any other kind of shoe brand since. These shoes make my feet feel great!
