I would like to warn others so they do not experience the extreme poor customer service at discusflogrown in Brooksville, Florida. Made an appoitment at 5pm to come and purchase discus. Initially I called and made the appoitment and I was sent by text the address. Never explained how to find his place, and upon arrival, could not locate the house, dirt road, no house number. I tried calling from the road and recieved only the voicemail twice, then texted him twice, still no response. I spoke with a neighbor whom adivised the house I was in front of was the residence. After waiting 35 minutes I headed home. Traveling home I recieved a text describing how to locate his house. I had driven 2 hours and advised him I was already headed back home. He advised he was busy with another customer, which I find hard to believe, because the gate to his house was locked with a chain. Horrible customer service! Will never consider buying from him again!
