I would give this company 0 or negative stars if it would let me. Absolutely, by far, the worst company (period) I have ever dealt with in my life. I am kicking myself for not checking the BBB complaints. Because now I am the one writing one. I am writing this sitejabber review solely for the chance it helps someone avoid the nightmare I am going through right now. I paid over 3K for a buffet table/hutch that I got my wife for her birthday. I purchased this in June and her birthday was July 12th. I knew it would be a few days to weeks late based on the expected arrival date of late July. Well... I still have not received my furniture and it's been 5 MONTHS LATER (November) now. I've talked with their awful customer service department for the last half year and I don't wish that on my worst enemy. They've promised me 6, yes 6, different times that it "would ship/arrive" on X date and it never happens. It's been a viscous cycle of me emailing and calling them when X date comes and goes with nothing, they lie and say something like "Oh, I see here it will arrive on X date actually (usually 2-3 additional weeks") and then blame it on covid. I say "OK", and wait again with same results. I've asked for a refund 4 different times via 4 separate support tickets/emails and now and they are just ignoring me and sending the same canned response. They are refusing to give me a refund (even though FTC guidelines clearly states that I am entitled to one). Do yourself a favor and just go read the BBB complaints. Not sure what's going on at this company, but it's happening over and over. I am out 3K, no furniture, and now they won't even give me a refund. It's theft.
