8-25-21 I took my car to Precision Tune on Veterans Pkwy in Columbus, GA for an oil change. He said I needed a valve cover gasket. I said ok but that was enough. When I went back to get my car the total was $697.88. The man did the oil change, oil filter Coolant fluid exchange Fuel injection Cleaner Transmission Fluid exchange, Valve cover gasket and 4cly tune up. I did not ask for all of that. I had to pay for this work. $697.88 took the money I had for groceries, gas and my medicine. I am a cancer patient I have to have my medicine. They took advantage of me because I am a senior citizen, I wrote the home office they were very rude sayng the key stroks on the computer show what he was doing. That has nothing to do with me. I have been ripped off.
