Customer service is awful. The shipping was screwed up on my order, it was a week late! They out and out lied to me about it when I complained about them lying their idea of an apology for being dishonest was to send me a coupon that can never be used. Shady much? Frankly I doubt it was even an accident, they just paid for cheaper shipping then blamed the post office for mysteriously losing the tracking. This review likely will never be seen, since the only ones they show are from "trust pilot" which they "TeePublic" won't let you leave a review on. But hey, it's not like HONESTY is high or even ON for that matter, their list of concerns.
Tip for consumers:
The issue was the way the situation was handled and that the reviews they have listed on their site are from a company they (Tee Public) “already has a strong presence on” so we’re steering you away from adding an honest review on it.
Products used:
I kept the products, I did not ask for a refund. The quality of the products was not great, I’ve had better results with my printer at home. Already wasn’t going to order from them again on principle alone.
