I placed an order from them for a wedding on 09/06, I received a email two days later that none of the items were available, and to choose other items. I tried to call not even possible only available through chat. I ordered new items through chat with representative I paid for signature delivery confirmation. Well let me just say I only received three items out of 270 items and the items we did receive weren't even correct. The other items ups released onto the sidewalk and yaya favors (tablecloths factory) did nothing to make up for the delivery mistake, and we were without items and out of $594.00 plus $700 more dollars to order from another company with rush delivery. You can only talk to an computer and the customer service is absolutely horrible
