We moved into our new home and called TPG for our internet connection. They sent the modem and said were ready to get connected online. Tried every port in the house, every terminal on the model but NO INTERNET. Contacted them and they said from their end I should have internet and made me waste several hours with unnecessary troubleshooting. Finally they booked in a technician to come down and check the lines. Took 2 weeks but finally had my internet back up and running. What happened next though was completely absurd. My connections were disconnected out of the blue. Contacted TPG on why they cut the connection and it was because of my last conversation with them, I told them when the internet wasn't connected that if they cannot send a technician out to fix my internet issue, for them to cancel it. They send the technician as mentioned before, he fixes it, then they cancel it. How stupid can a company be. Waited 3 weeks for re connection and the same thing happened. Internet is showing from their end, my end i have nothing. Went through the whole process again, arguing with the customer support, troubleshooting, double charges, getting a technician out, getting internet. Such a complete waste of time this was.
I have contacted Wish at least 10 times on how I cannot receive shipping and order confirmation emails. Every time they were unhelpful, gave me next to nonsense simple remedies that a 5 year old would know that never worked. As it stands, since the brick wall of customer service isn't either understanding what I am saying due to their lack of basic English or they do not care enough to audit my account and find a remedy, I have in app notifications only to go.

Customer service is the worst. They lack basic English and they kept closing my enquiries and my cases without answering my questions.

Its a hit and miss. Sometimes you get lucky but mostly their pretty poor.
If you want to have a fair and safe experience when making payments, use PayPal or Transferwise. Both are credible companies that have policy's against sellers trying to deceivingly rip you off. Unlike Payoneer, they don't harbour criminals and have the necessary checks in place to protect the buyer. Buyer protection, something that every financial institution offers including all International Banks is not offered with this criminal institution.
Also, when it comes to customer service, they are the WORST. It cannot months to reply to a simple email. To put this into prospective, i sent an enquiry for which it took one month to recieve a reply. However my follow up email took 2 MONTHS for a reply.
Their Online Chat is a whole new monster altogether, their barely online and when they are, your put in a queue and could be forced to wait upwards of an hour. 1hr.
My advise, don't make the same mistake as i did, choose any other financial institution but Payoneer.
I don't know were this company got the nerve to remove my customers feedbacks. I had a promotional incentive on my website that rewarded any customer that purchased from my website zippyelectricalsuppliers.com.au a 10% off coupon if they wrote a review on True Local. Guess what, 5 of my customers spent their time reviewing the company and 1 month later without any warnings, boom, all reviews are gone. This isn't the first time Fake Local has done this. 2 years ago they done the same and I had the same argument with them. Their defense? They can remove feedback that do not comply with their regulations. The reviews were pretty much stating what a great experience they had shopping at my store and nothing less or more. How is that against regulation. Fake Local loves the money. You start a $800.00 a month marketing campaign with them and watch all the fake positive reviews coming in. If your a free customer like myself, they remove your reviews and will only keep the bad ones. I told them to remove my listing or put back my removes back online. To be honest, I hope they remove it.
I got charged twice for the GABs Beer festival and after a week of consistently emailing Eventbrite, I've got no reply and no refund so now I have to deal with a fraud case with my bank in order to get the payment reversed which takes 2-3 months to process.
If you haven't got a contact number than a great online support should be your focus. Will not be purchasing again from this company.
