Since finding this site i've made 3 orders with this site, and so far my experience has been quite good.
First order had 3 crop tops, they were all good cotton material and thickness.
Second order was a dress, this one was a disappointment as there was a stain on the dress and they would not refund me a full amount even though i could not wear the dress cause it was a big stain. But after a dispute with paypal I managed to get a full refund.
Third order I had just placed 2 days ago and it has already shipped.

This site is like a hit & miss, something like purchasing from china on eBay. Also takes about the same time for shipping.

Tip for consumers:
Very important tips would be to actually measure yourself and look at the item size chart, each item is unfortunately different and don't trust their estimation in sizing that they give at the top. Their AU sizing is sometimes extremely off compared to the measurements.
Also look at previous customer reviews and any images or videos posted up about them. This will give you a gauge on quality.

Ridiculous, 20 days later and my items which say 'ships in 24hrs' is still processing?
Did you mean 24 days sheinside? Even my order from a wholesaler in china has already shipped my order and will be reaching my place in the next few days.
Don't promise things to customers that you can't do! (And also, tell your customer service that saying it is sale period and you have alot of orders to fill will not work as an excuse.)

Tip for consumers:
Just don't even bother, price and wait period is not worth the trouble.
