I got my ID within a month but the messed up my ID. When I sent out a ticket they responded a few days later saying I can get a free one sent because it was there fault etc. I sent out that ticket beginning of April and now I can't log into both the tickets I made and no one is helping me and the ID I sent I can't even use. At first I though okay like they will give me a free one because it's on them and I told them I need it before the last week of may and I honestly don't think they will give me a new ID by may. Very unreliable and horrible customer serviceā¦
