I recently bought a pair of shoes for my son and it was a size too big so I sent it back immediately to A&A. But then A&A said the box was 'damaged' and I could not return it. When it left my care, it was in perfect condition or the delivery guy wouldn't have taken it from me. I wrote in to A&A and all I got was 'it's your fault' in their reply. I asked to speak to a manager and got stone walled instead. I wish I could post the email thread online. How extremely disappointing. Other websites I've used have never been like this. I'll never shop on Alex and Alexa again and be sure to let everyone know the same.
