I had 30 couriers please bookings since 15/04/2021 ( I don't have control over which courier company to use) and 17 of them were NOT picked up on time! Two of them even 6 days delayed! I wish there's 0 stars that I can choose. I'm trying to convince my business partner to get rid of CP. I will also lodge a complain to Consumer Affairs Vic as they provided misleading information on their website says that: bookings made in the mid morning will normally picked up in the afternoon the same day.
