“I keep getting the run around about my order status on two microwave filters”

I have called twice asking about my order update. GE is NOT an off brand company. This is ridiculous! I should have read the google reviews before ordering my product. This is ridiculous! I placed my order in January 2024. As of today, 3/13/24 no product.
