This was the worst experience ever! I ordered a dress, custom and rush delivery. First when the dress was supposed to be shipped, it was not. I called and they hadn't started on the dress. Once the dress finally arrived, I contacted them to inform them that several things were wrong with the dress including: the color of the actual dress, the color of the sheer portion of the dress (it was brown when it should have been clear), and then the length of the dress. I was told that I could be refunded only the rush fee. Clearly that wasn't good enough because they made the dress for a short person. They then told me I had to pay to have it shipped back and that I can order another dress of lesser value because part of my cost for the dress would be used to return the dress. It was just bad all around. Please save your time and money.
