The lack of communication, in this day and age, is inexcusable. When I was forced to call several times in order to resove the issues, I was re-routed to leave a message. Leaving a message is a crap shoot. Sometimes they call back, sometimes not at all. Email communication might as well be snail mail. When one does get a person on the phone, it is "passing the buck" routine including to the customer not to mention the condescending communication style. The rudeness of the customer service (one of them, especially) is unreal. They don't know how to apologize, appreciate, empathize, or provide help.I finally told them to forget resolving all of my issues, just keep my money, but lose my number. They literally treat you like you're bothering them. My issues: Missing package going on 3 months and a dead item upon arrival: 2 different orders. I shall NEVER order from here again.
