“RETURNS & EXCHANGES NOT HONORED AS INDICATED!”

The color of the hairpieces I ordered were not to my liking. The refund and exchange policy for this vendor indicates that an email should be sent requesting the return or exchange and you will be notified whether it will be allowed. I emailed them six weeks ago about an exchange and still have not received a response. That will be the last time I place an order with this company!

Tip for consumers:
Their refund policy is items have to be pre-approved for refund or exchange by sending an email to the company.
