EaseUS sells software that is supposed to help you recover lost data. However, when the software doesn't work, as in my case, there is usually no refund. They tell me I should have used the trial version first. But there was no trial version! After download and scan, I got a pop up screen instructing me to pay first before I could further make use of the software. I got a chaotic mess of so-called recovered data, about 10% of what was lost. And a subscription to monthly payments that I never asked for. No use and totally ineffective. After a long discussion they finally agreed to refund. If some of their programs do work for some people, apparently they got luckier than me.

I purchased an "Airthereal mini B50 Ozone Generator" from trendings_24 on Ebay.com. I paid $ 40 ex shipping costs. After 4 months of normal use, the item was defect, didn't work anymore. The seller, who is located in India: "Sorry can do nothing after 4 months. Take it to some repair man." Besides this, it was a rip off, because this same item is sold for only $ 23 at airthereal.com. Trendings_24 gives no warranty and no customer service. I will never buy from trendings_24 again.

I ordered a pair of socks. The order confirmation promises delivery in 2-4 working days and I would receive a track & trace code. However, I received nothing. Socksstation.de does not respond to my queries. They do not respond and they do not deliver. UPDATE: after I filed a complaint with Paypal, all of a sudden they dispatched the items. Without a word of excuse, no explanation, nothing. So I did receive the socks after all.

There was a lot of trouble with getting the link to the in-depth quiz and we didn't receive the personal report that was promised. What I did receive, however, were the marketing messages in my mail box. It took several queries and several days before the issues were resolved. Customer Support is not error free, but doing its best. A little review will work wonders.

... but Piping Rock comes really close. My order never arrived. Whoever is to blame, I don't really care. Point is, the products never arrived and Piping Rock refuses to refund. I communicated with them in a very civilized manner, but they just would not refund. On top of that, they now try to blame this on me and are telling lies to PayPal. How can I prove that I never received the order? My advise is not to order here. If the products do arrive, you are lucky. In some cases you do get your order, in many cases you don't.
