I ordered some items from this website. Received the wrong item. Reached out to them via email and followed their process to request a replacement of my wrong item. It has been many days and I have received 0 response. Emailing them is the only way to get to them... no phone number to call. I am very disappointed in their service.

Do not pay for the 2 day shipping... what a joke... my order took at least a week to get to me... that is ridiculous! Very misleading the way they state it... never again...
