I placed my order on September 25 and received on October 26. They online chat never on. It's very difficult to submit the request or ask question. I ordered a top but the end of the left sleeve was torn. So, I submitted the request about a defective item two days ago. As of today, I still have not received any replies.
Please DO NOT waste your money, your time and energy on this website it doesn't matter how cheap the stuffs are. Or, you will be sorry! Oh well... what do you expect, they are Chinese company!
