Ordered a $500 before discounts and was immediately sent my info and so on. A month later I get a package and it's just this shirt. Upon making contact once they realized they had messed their order up and sent me one of like 14 items they told me management would contact. One month later I still can't get ahold of anyone and no one has bothered to explain why I haven't been updated or anything has been shipped in 2 months. Fast forward another month I finally get ahold of someone, after opening a dispute with Sezzle in which I expressed me desire to retain my items ordered if possible but I wanted to take counter measures after researching this company online only to realize they apparently have a habit of doing this, and they tell me my package should be sent within a week and blamed their printers. Today after no explanation, 3 months and an unnecessary amount of effort and stress on my end I received a refund order through Sezzle. Terrible customer service, awful management and the shirt I did receive wasn't even high quality. I was charged $70 for a shirt I could've got for $30 on Crunchyroll and an insane wait. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with any merchant. The blatant disrespect and lack of personable service is downright unacceptable. I'm not a negative review kind of guy. Generally even if slightly displeased I try to understand there are variables that not everyone can control or effect. But I would never use anything even related to this company again and I strongly urge potential customers to look up reviews before attempting to make a purchase. Apparently one man had to go as far as contacting a government official in Alaska to open a lawsuit or confront the company on this exact issue. Don't sell items if you don't have them and if you are going through a lucrative printing and shipping process perhaps contact you're customers? I would give Zero stars if possible.
