This is most rubbish and bad customer service I ever seen. Been waiting 2 months to get refund, each time they give me excuses that we have send your issue to the relvent department.
Do not purchase, poor quality clothes too. Very bad customer service. They just want to take money from you and will not give you refund.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use ,they won't refund your money and each time they make excuses to not give you refund and piss you off. Poor quality clothes very very bad customer service.
