They did not send the proper power cords with my original order. When I reached out to Customer Service, they said it was past the 100 day mark after the purchase date and said they won't ship the proper power cord. The reason why I couldn't open it and check right away is because we had a family member pass away and I did not get to this task until recently.
But Everything-Neon doesn't care. They just tell you it's not possible and there's nothing they can do to fix their own mistake. This company is awful.
