Change of starter coil spring.Bought an original spring in and was told the saw is too old and the spring wasn't correct.
Got the wife to pick up the part after a month of waiting to find they had cut off the pull start grip and said it came in like that.This is total BS.
I put the spring in myself and it works fine.Yes it was a struggle.
This was my Dads chainy he bought secondhand from Hirepool Nz in 1977 when I was 6.
I even tried to start it for him before he passed,only to find that 2 years later the run switch is up,not down to start.
This chainy is still a beast to use even now.
This is a total disgrace to me and my Dad.
I had very bad intentions drilling in my head toward these idiot people at Sthil Glenn Eden Nz,however with my Wifes caring she told me to start up that Beast of a chainsaw and go find something to cut.
Even with effort,I am still upset and angry over this BLOODY disgrace.

I specifically said to leave my package at the front door.
Lucky I was home as the courier just left it by the gate.
No wonder NZ Post is ranked 220th on this site for delivery service.
Never again.

Ordered online over a week ago.Still waiting and now have missed the birthday.
Did get an email however cant track it and no updates.Never again considering I recieved a package in 3days from Bluff to Aucks from another service.No wonder 1 day has crap ratings.
